Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. PSC (Takaful Abu Dhabi) is a Sharia-compliant insurance company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The company was established in 2003 to provide Islamic insurance solutions following Takaful principles, which focus on mutual cooperation and shared risk among participants.

The Challenge

Takaful Abu Dhabi Landmark office (11th floor) required the upgrade of three meeting rooms with the latest audiovisual (AV) technology to improve communication, presentations, and video conferencing capabilities.

To achieve this objective, Oxford Systems Integration was appointed to design, supply, and implement the AV solutions.

The Solution

The project focused on integrating advanced conferencing systems, high-quality displays, audio systems, and user-friendly control interfaces to ensure seamless meetings and collaboration.

The upgraded meeting rooms are designed to support hybrid meetings, video conferencing, and high-quality presentations, providing a professional and efficient meeting environment for employees and clients. This AV upgrade enhances productivity and aligns the workplace with modern corporate communication standards.

Board Room

  • Installed a 98” professional 4K display from Sony to provide clear and high-quality visuals for presentations and video meetings.
  • Deployed an auto-tracking PTZ conference camera from AVer to automatically focus on active speakers and capture the entire meeting room.
  • Provided a wireless microphone system (Lavalier microphone+3000 Series Wireless Body-pack System)from Audio-Technica for presenters, allowing them to move freely while speaking.
  • Integrated a Microsoft Teams Room system using Lenovo ThinkSmart Core and a touch controller for simple and efficient meeting management.
  • Implemented wireless content sharing using the Barco ClickShare CX-50, enabling participants to present directly from their laptops without cables.
  • Added BYOD/BYOM connectivity using Inogeni, allowing users to connect personal devices and use the room’s AV system.
  • A Poly touch controller is installed at the meeting room entrance to function as a meeting room scheduler, enabling users to view the meeting schedule and reserve the room directly from the panel.
  • Implemented a professional audio processing system from Biamp to deliver clear speech and eliminate echo during meetings.
  • Installed beam-tracking ceiling microphones and in-ceiling speakers from Biamp to ensure consistent audio coverage across the entire room.

1Meeting Room (12 PAX)

  • A 65” interactive display from Clevertouch is installed to enable clear presentations, content sharing, and interactive collaboration during meetings.
  • The Poly Studio X72 video bar is used to enable all-in-one video conferencing, providing clear video, audio pickup, and sound output for Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • A Poly table microphone installed to ensure clear voice pickup for all participants in the meeting room.
  • A ClickShare CX-50 Gen2 from Barco is installed, allowing users to share content wirelessly from their laptops using USB-C buttons.
  • The system is configured to support Microsoft Teams Room meetings, enabling users to easily join and manage online meetings.
  • A Poly TC10 from Poly is installed on the meeting table to allow users to easily start meetings, control the conferencing system, and manage calls, while an additional TC10 touch panel is installed at the entrance of the meeting room to function as a room scheduling panel, enabling users to check room availability and book meetings.

Training Room (U Shaped)

  • A 98” professional 4K display from Sony is installed to provide clear and high-resolution visuals for training presentations and video conferencing.
  • Two smart cameras from Poly (Studio E70 and Studio E60) are installed to capture the entire training space.
  • Multiple Biamp Parlé beam-tracking ceiling microphones are installed to capture speech clearly from participants seated around the U-shaped table layout.
  • Biamp Desono in-ceiling speakers are installed to distribute sound evenly across the training room, ensuring all attendees can hear clearly.
  • Wireless bodypack and handheld microphones from Audio-Technica are provided for trainers and presenters to speak freely during sessions.
  • A ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 system from Lenovo is deployed to enable Microsoft Teams meetings and integrate all AV devices in the room.
  • A ClickShare CX-50 from Barco allows users to share content wirelessly from their laptops during training or presentations.
  • An Inogeni switching solution allows users to connect their own devices and use the room’s camera, microphone, and speakers for external meetings.
  • A Biamp Tango touch panel controller provides centralized control of the display, cameras, audio system, and conferencing equipment.
  • A Poly TC10 from Poly is installed at the entrance of the training room and used as a meeting room scheduler, allowing users to easily check room availability and manage bookings.

National Takaful’s boardroom, meeting room, and training room were upgraded into fully equipped collaboration spaces designed for modern work.

Poly conferencing systems deliver clear video for both in room and remote participants. Biamp audio ensures balanced sound so voices carry naturally across the space. Barco wireless presentation allows anyone to share content instantly from their device without cables. Control systems bring everything together, giving users simple command over displays, audio, and meetings. Poly TC10 room scheduling panels make it easy to check availability and reserve spaces.
