The Background

The facility needed an advanced AV and ELV solutions to improve their communication, presentations, and collaborations across its sales, meeting and event spaces. The goal was to integrate high-quality visual displays, video conferencing, wireless presentation and professional audio systems with centralized control and content management.

Oxford Integration was chosen to design and deliver a system that is reliable, scalable and easy to use while ensuring smooth operations and future ready infrastructure.

Audio-Visual System (AV)

Sales Rooms / Meeting Rooms / Internal Meeting Rooms

Interactive Displays: Samsung WM65R / QB75R for presentations and collaboration.

Collaboration System: Barco CX20 Wireless Presentation for seamless content sharing.

Video Conferencing: Logitech Rally Plus with PTZ camera, speakers, table hub, and microphone for professional meetings.

Computing Hardware: ZOTAC ZBOX MAGNUS ONE mini-PCs (i7, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX3070) for content playback and control.

Cabling & Accessories: Oxin custom solutions for installation, testing, and commissioning.

Amphitheater & Project Gallery

Videowalls: Samsung VM55B-U with 3.5mm bezel width.

Videowall Brackets & Mounting Structures: Custom and local solutions.

Control Workstations: HP Z4 G4 Workstations for content management.

Signal Transmission: Kramer PT-871/2XR-KIT HDMI transmitters and receivers (4K).

Audio System: Bose MA12 & AMU206 wall-mount speakers, P4300A & P2600A amplifiers, ESP 880A DSP, and CC16 volume controllers.

Wireless Microphones: Shure SLXD24D/B58 (2 handheld units).

Content Management Software: Navori CMS for centralized control.

ELV & IP Phone System

Office Staff: Grandstream GRP2602P IP Phones for internal communication with PoE support, HD voice, and SIP connectivity.

Receptionists: Grandstream GXP2160 IP Phones for dual-line management, LCD display, and visitor call handling.

Integrated with network backbone for unified communication, call forwarding, voicemail, and conferencing.

Control & Integration

Centralized Control: Oxin custom solutions for AV control, BGM zones, and ELV systems.

Network & Connectivity: Structured cabling with PoE support, HDMI/Dante over CAT6, and reliable signal transmission for AV and IP phones.

Ensures seamless operation across all areas with real-time monitoring and centralized management.
