About the client
Oxford Integration was tasked with a complete integrated technology solutions upgrade for the Turtle Cove Restaurant. The goal was to modernize the space, improve guest experience, strengthen security, and make daily operations smoother.
The scope of the project included Background Music (BGM), CCTV surveillance, enterprise Wi-Fi with structured cabling, and a time attendance system for staff management. Together, they form an ecosystem bringing in balanced audio ambiance across zones, powerful security monitoring, reliable wireless connectivity and a solid IT backbone built to scale with the business.

The Solution
Multi Zone BGM
The CCTV Surveillance System was designed to provide complete security coverage of the restaurant, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets. The system integrates high-resolution IP cameras, centralized monitoring, and secure storage to create a reliable and scalable security solution.
Time Attendance System
The Time Attendance System is designed to efficiently monitor employee attendance, working hours, and access control at Turtle Cove Restaurant.
Background Music System
BGM System creates a consistent and immersive audio ambience across all dining, lounge, and outdoor areas of the Turtle Cove Restaurant. The system allows zonal control, enabling different areas to have tailored audio levels or playlists while maintaining seamless integration.
Wi-Fi & Structured Cabling System
The system delivers reliable, high-speed connectivity for guests, staff, and AV/security systems, and future scalability.
The Result
The technology upgrade improved guest experience, security, and daily operations. The background music system sets the tone. Enterprise Wi-Fi keeps guests connected. The cameras cover every corner, indoor and outdoor areas.
Staff time is tracked automatically, saving time and no manual paperwork. Every component was tested and calibrated to work as one network. Oxford Integration tested, tuned, and trained the team to handle it all. Now the setup runs smooth, stays reliable, and grows as the business grows.
