The Solution
Multi-Purpose Gym
Assemblies and gatherings:
A multipurpose hall is a perfect venue for school assemblies, award ceremonies, and other large gatherings.
Sporting events:
The hall can be used for indoor sporting activities such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and others.
Cultural events:
Schools can organize cultural events such as dance, music, and drama performances in the multipurpose hall.
Meeting aand Conferences
School administrators and staff can hold meetings and conferences in the hall.
Community Events
Multipurpose halls can be used by the local community for various events, such as meetings, concerts, and social gatherings.
There are 3 Nos of floor boxes with multiple XLR connectors for Wired microphones. An audio mixer provides various controls such as faders, knobs, switches, and EQ (equalization) to adjust the levels and tone of each individual input signal, as well as to apply effects and processing to the overall mix.
A Control System with wired touch screen in the control room and wireless one for the stage to control AV devices and house lights. Control system integrates with fire alarm to MUTE the audio in case of any emergency.
Oxford Integration Successfully completed the project before the project deadline.
Classrooms & Labs
Classrooms and labs are fitted with ultra-short throw interactive Projector with dry erase projection board. Library will have a trolley equipped system. Cable from the source connected to projector though a Cable Cubby – Cable management System and Floor connectors. KG Classrooms are fitted with Height adjustable brackets.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms equipped with a 75’’ interactive display installed on the wall with connectivity from cable cubby on table and from a wireless presentation device to support both wired and wireless presentation. A USB sound bar with Microphones, camera and speaker built in will meet Hybrid meeting requirements.
Multipurpose Halls
There will be 4 Nos of multipurpose halls in Al Dhaher school, a 100’’ projection screen with 7000ANSI projector will show image from Laptop / PC through a wall plate with HDMI connectivity.
Digital Signage Systems
Digital signage can be a powerful tool in schools to communicate with students, faculty, and visitors. 55’’ / 65’’ displays wall mounted in various locations of the school. Signage CMS will be running in a PC, we can manage content from the server PC or from other user PCs.
Library
2 Sets of trolley package with 55’’ display and DVD Player will be installed in the library. DVD Player will be connected one of the inputs to the TV and an HDMI cable will be connected to the other input to use laptop. There will be 2x 85’’ interactive display on a movable trolley with an HDMI cable for presenting from Laptop.
Interactive Video Wall
4 x 55’’ interactive video wall connected to a source for interactive presentation. 55’’ video wall displays with ultra-thin bezels and touch overlay will facilitate touch interactivity.
