Large and Medium Size Meetings & Conference Rooms

Advanced AV Technologies for Modern Meeting Spaces
An all-in-one video conferencing system integrates 4K camera, beamforming microphone array, and room-tuned speaker into a single certified device for any meeting room size. Our engineers configure each video conferencing system natively for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, or Webex.
A meeting room interactive display combines 4K multi-touch screen, wireless annotation, and dual-output content sharing into one surface. Sizing starts with the room's viewing distance. We specify and install interactive screens from 65" for small meeting rooms to 110"+ for large conference rooms and boardrooms.
A PTZ camera auto-tracks active speakers across medium and large conference rooms, so remote participants always see who is talking. We install and calibrate PTZ conference room cameras from Poly, Logitech, Huddly,Hikvision, and many more each matched to each room's depth, width, and ceiling height
A ceiling microphone array captures clear speech from every seat in a conference room without tabletop units cluttering the table or blocking sightlines. We design and install beamforming ceiling microphone systems with built-in echo cancellation and noise suppression for meeting rooms, boardrooms, and hybrid conferencing setups of any scale.
A correctly specified conference room speaker system delivers even speech coverage across the full seating area regardless of room size or ceiling height. Our engineers design distributed ceiling speaker layouts and integrated soundbar configurations for meeting rooms where audio clarity determines the quality of every hybrid session.
An AV control system gives meeting room occupants a single touch panel to manage display power, source selection, camera, audio, and room lighting without IT involvement. Oxford engineers program and commission Crestron, extron, QSC, and AMX control systems built around the specific AV layout and platform configuration of each room.
A room scheduling panel displays live availability, upcoming bookings, and one-tap reservation directly outside the meeting room entrance. We install and configure digital room booking panels integrated with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, or Zoom, giving facilities managers a live view of which rooms are in use and which are sitting empty.
A direct-view LED video wall delivers large-format display in meeting rooms and boardrooms where screen size, pixel pitch, and ambient light levels exceed the practical limits of standard flat panels. We design and install LED video walls from 1.2mm pixel pitch for close-viewing executive boardrooms to wider-pitch configurations for presentations and large conference rooms.
A projector and projection screen deliver large-format display for boardrooms, training rooms, and auditoriums where screen size outweighs the brightness limits of flat panels. We specify and install laser projectors and ALR, motorised, and fixed-frame screens from Epson, Barco, and Sony, sized to each room's throw distance, ceiling height, and ambient light so the image stays sharp from every seat.

A Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment converts any conference room into a fully certified Teams workspace with one-touch meeting join, automatic camera framing, and native calendar integration. From specification through to commissioning, we install MTR-certified hardware from approved manufacturers for rooms of every size, from huddle spaces to multi-display boardrooms.
A Zoom Rooms installation provides a dedicated hardware interface for one-touch join, content sharing, and in-room whiteboarding without requiring a personal laptop. Every Zoom Rooms setup we deliver across Dubai and Abu Dhabi includes Zoom Rooms Controller panels, certified cameras, and platform-native audio devices, configured and certified before handover.
