NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City is one of Abu Dhabi’s premier private healthcare centers. The facility covers 75,000 square meters and is known for its advanced medical services and 24×7 emergency care. The hospital handles high volume clinical work, emergency care, specialized departments, medical trainings, which makes a dependable AV system essential for daily operations. 

The Challenge

NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa City needed to upgrade its auditorium so presentations, training sessions, and live events could run without technical issues. The space required clear audio, sharp visuals, and steady connectivity for staff, visiting doctors, and trainees. 

Oxford Integration was tasked with building a fully integrated AV solution all working together, is simple to use and reliable. 

The Solution

  • Installed 4 × 7,000-lumen laser projectors and 2 motorized tension screens for bright, clear visuals in the auditorium.
  • Provided 2 × 65” UHD displays to ensure content is visible for audience members not in direct view of the projection screens.
  • Delivered a Sennheiser wireless microphone system (handheld, bodypack, and lavalier mics) with Sonance ceiling speakers for clear, high-quality audio throughout the auditorium.
  • Integrated Barco wireless presentation systems, Blu-ray player, and HDMI/USB-C transmitters for flexible content input and interactive presentations.
  • Installed PTZ cameras (Aver PTZ310) for live video capture, recording, and streaming of events.
  • Implemented a 16×16 AV matrix switcher (AV Pro Edge) and Crestron CP4 control processor for centralized control of all AV sources and outputs.
  • Provided PoE network switches and wireless access points to ensure reliable connectivity for all AV and control devices.
  • Completed full installation, programming, testing, and commissioning to deliver a fully integrated, high-performance AV environment.

The upgrade changed the auditorium to a multi purpose space that you can rely on, be it trainig or any events. Audio carries clearly across the room, visualare sharp, quick wireless presentation allow doctors to focus on the session and saves time. Additionally, Oxford Integration provided full system handover and comprehensive staff training, so the team can operate the systems with ease.
