Introduction

Oxford Systems Integration LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) was established in 2007 with headquarters in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and operations extending to Saudi Arabia and India. We provide premium Audio Visual, Immersive Technology, and ELV solutions and services. By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

We specialize in delivering AV, Immersive, and ELV technology systems, including but not limited to:

Audio Visual system design, integration, and installation
Control systems and automation
Video conferencing and unified communication setups
Digital signage and interactive displays
ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and structured cabling

Quality Assurance

All our solutions are delivered following AVIXA and ISO standards. We maintain strict internal quality assurance systems to ensure compliance and consistency in every project.

Client Responsibilities

The Client shall:

Intellectual Property

All design documents, system schematics, and custom software or programming developed by Oxford Systems Integration LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred under a separate agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. Confidential data shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Oxford Systems Integration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or performance of the delivered systems.
