The Al Ain Center, established in 1998, provides world-class special education, rehabilitation, and care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism, offering modern, comprehensive services including education, medical and vocational rehabilitation, and resort-level residential care in a supportive, family-style environment.

Scope of Work

The objective was to establish a comprehensive operation and maintenance contract for the Audio Visual (AV) systems installed at Dubai Airport’s T1 and other associated areas. The contract aimed to ensure uninterrupted functionality of the AV systems through preventive and corrective maintenance while enabling customization and support for various events and requirements.

  • Comprehensive support, including preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.

  • Faulty hardware replacement for AV systems in meeting, training, and assessment rooms.

  • Customization and rebranding of AV solutions and interfaces as required.

  • Immediate fault response upon notification by the client, with engineers assigned to diagnose and resolve issues.

  • Root cause analysis and reporting for faults handled.

  • Change management for configuration updates, design modifications, or equipment replacements.

  • Software release and patch updates for AV systems.

  • Onsite assistance for major events and meetings.

  • Maintenance of all software and spare parts related to the AV systems as per the agreement.
